RichFresh adopts a single-layer film material of modified PE substrate to keep fruits and vegetables in dormancy based on the physical adjustment method. With a special new form of Nanosized zeolite molecular sieves on the film, the molecular sieves separate mixtures formed by molecules of different sizes and make the molecular gas flow to a certain degree. The gas in the bag will slowly transform according to the respiration of the fruit and vegetable in cold storage conditions. Repetition of these adsorption/desorption processes until the gas pressure has reached a stable value of gas environment with the lowest transformation, that suitable for keeping fruits and vegetables in dormancy. Thereby, it significantly extends the shelf life and storage time of the ingredients to a great extent.
